A feedback board on every client site

Build sites for clients? Add a feedback board and public roadmap to each one, so your clients hear what their visitors want and you have a reason to keep improving the site. One Pro account covers every client: unlimited boards for a flat $19/month.

How it works for agencies

  • One board per client, all in your dashboard. Each has its own name, accent color, custom CSS and allowed websites.
  • Install it the way you already build: the UserNote component on the Framer Marketplace, the WordPress plugin, a Webflow snippet, or one script tag anywhere else. No backend, nothing to host.
  • Visitors suggest ideas and vote without creating an account, so even small sites get real votes.
  • Mark ideas Planned, In progress or Completed, and the client’s public roadmap updates itself.
  • On Pro, send each board’s new ideas to that client’s own Slack channel, and remove the UserNote branding.

Why clients like it

  • They see what their customers ask for, ranked by votes, instead of guessing.
  • A public roadmap shows their customers that the business is listening and shipping.
  • It adds no cookies and no tracking, and the data is stored in the UK. The widget is about 5 KB and doesn’t slow the site down.
  • An AI summary of the top requests gives them the main themes in a few seconds.

For you, it’s a natural reason for a monthly check-in: “here’s what your visitors asked for, shall we build the top one?”

Good to know

  • Clients don’t get their own login to your account: you manage their ideas from your dashboard, or forward the summary.
  • If a client wants to run their board themselves, they can sign up for their own free account and you install their board ID instead.
  • Each board exports to CSV at any time, so a client leaving takes their ideas with them.

What it costs

The free Hobby plan has no time limit: one board, up to 50 ideas at a time and unlimited voters. Pro is a flat $19/month for unlimited boards and ideas, no UserNote branding, custom CSS and Slack notifications. Charge your clients whatever suits your packages; one Pro account covers all of them.

Set it up

  • Sign up free at getusernote.com and create a board. Give it a name your visitors will recognize; it shows at the top of the board.
  • Add it to your site with the guide for your platform, or share the board’s own link.
  • Turn on Require approval (it’s on by default) if you want to check ideas before they appear.
