- you’re a startup or small team and want feedback without a growing bill
- you want a free plan you can stay on, not one that runs out after 25 people give feedback
- you want as many users as possible to vote, so you don’t want to make them sign in
- you want a tiny widget that won’t slow your app down or clash with your styles
- you’d like your data stored in the UK, with no cookies or tracking
- you’d rather support an independent tool run from the UK, and want to export your ideas to CSV at any time
- you’re moving from Canny: import its CSV export into a board, with statuses and vote counts
Choose Canny if…
- you need integrations with Jira, Linear, Salesforce or HubSpot
- you want AI to pull feedback out of support tickets and sales calls
