UserJot is a feedback board, roadmap and changelog with a generous free plan: unlimited posts, two boards and three team members. On that plan, though, people need an account to post or vote; guest posting starts on Starter at $29 a month. UserNote lets anyone vote without an account on every plan, and Pro is $19 a month.
