Like Fider, but nobody has to sign in to vote.
Fider is an open source feedback portal: free to host yourself, or hosted by its makers with a free plan and Pro at $25 a month. On a Fider board, people sign in before they can post or vote. UserNote lets anyone vote without an account, there is nothing to host, and Pro is $19 a month.
