Add a feedback board to Kajabi

Let your audience suggest and vote on your next course, module or event, right on your Kajabi site. One snippet adds a Feedback button to every page; no sign-up needed to vote.

Before you start

Sign up free at getusernote.com, create a board, and copy your board ID from the board’s Install tab (it starts with ws_). Replace ws_YOUR_BOARD_ID in the snippets below with it.

Add a Feedback button to every page

  • In Kajabi, go to Settings → Site details.
  • Under Page scripts, paste this into Header Page Scripts and save:

Kajabi adds these scripts to every page of your website, but not to checkout and upsell pages. The defer attribute makes the button load after the page, so keep it.

Put the board on one page

In the page builder, add a Custom Code section to the page where you want the board, paste this, and save:

Add data-view="roadmap" to open on the roadmap.

No code at all: link to your hosted board

Every board has its own public page. Add a “Feedback” or “Roadmap” link to your navigation, emails or course lessons pointing at it; it works on any plan, with nothing to install.

Next steps

  • Settings → Allowed websites: add your domain so nobody can embed your board elsewhere.
  • Settings → Accent color: match the button to your brand.
  • Turn on Require approval if you want to check ideas before they appear.
