Add a feedback board to FlutterFlow

Give your FlutterFlow app a Feedback screen where users suggest and vote on features, without an account. Use a WebView on its own page, or a button that opens your board.

Before you start

Sign up free at getusernote.com, create a board, and copy your board ID from the board’s Install tab (it starts with ws_). Replace ws_YOUR_BOARD_ID in the snippets below with it.

A Feedback page with a WebView

  • Add a new page (for example “Feedback”) and add a WebView widget from Base Elements.
  • Set its width and height to fill the page, and set the WebView URL to your board’s address:
https://getusernote.com/b/ws_YOUR_BOARD_ID
https://getusernote.com/b/ws_YOUR_BOARD_ID?view=roadmap

Link to the page from your app’s menu or settings screen.

In the iOS and Android apps the WebView loads the board as a full page; in a web build and the browser preview it shows in a frame. Either works. If you’ve set Allowed websites on your board, add your web app’s address too.

Or a button that opens the board

Add a Button and give it a Launch URL action with your board’s address. It opens in the browser on every platform, including web builds.

Writing your own Flutter code?

The mobile app guide has a Flutter snippet that opens the board in an in-app browser.

Next steps

  • Settings → Allowed websites: add your domain so nobody can embed your board elsewhere.
  • Settings → Accent color: match the button to your brand.
  • Turn on Require approval if you want to check ideas before they appear.
